Counts are measured across all 888 seats. A seat's rank adds up how uncommon each of its traits is (the sum of log(888 / count) over its seven traits); rank 1 is the rarest. Rarity describes how the art was generated. It is not a price.
The seven traits decide what appears; the seed moves the small details: prop blur, decal numbers, stars, clouds and skyline windows. Nothing made here changes the fixed 888.
